The Forest Practices Board is pleased to announce that Dave Clarke, RPF will be joining the board as the new Executive Director. Most recently, Dave worked for Canadian Overseas Log and Lumber where he was president of Queesto Community Forest Ltd., responsible for start-up and operation of Tree Farm Licence 61, and manager of the Blue Mountain Woodlot in Maple Ridge. Dave has 30 years of experience in forestry operations and management, working on the coast and the interior.
Dave has also served as the president of the Fraser Valley Woodlot Association and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Truck Loggers Association.
