We sell standing timber or any other sawmill products when available.
Pine, Spruce and Birch age 100-150 Years. Growth site is in the far north of Sweden with long winters and slow growth of the trees which implies dense tree rings and significant higher strength of the wood used in furniture, windows, roofing in swimming halls or malls or other application when strength is of importance.

Time is negotiable, because the standing timber comes from mainly standing forest and manufactured/sawmill works in accordance with our customers needs planning a head in time will help our customer to design what is needed.

Standard condition: Down payment 70%, Guarantees mediated by the State of Sweden (a government agency): bid guarantee, advance payment guarantee, retention money guarantee, performance guarantee, warranty guarantee are all offered within the standard condition package.
